Booking confirmation and payment
A request is not a confirmed booking until the guest receives written confirmation and complies with the payment deadline stated there. Where the confirmed deposit is 30%, the remaining balance is 70%, unless the written confirmation expressly states a different payment schedule. The final rate, included services, resort tax and any special-period conditions are those in the confirmation.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, observe check-in/check-out times, accommodation capacity, safety rules and the internal regulations, and pay for damage caused by them or persons in their party. Special requests depend on availability and are guaranteed only when confirmed in writing.
Cancellations and service changes
Cancellations and refunds follow the booking cancellation policy and the confirmed rate conditions. Changes requested by the guest may affect availability and price. We may make reasonable operational changes and will notify affected guests when they materially alter a confirmed service.
Website, intellectual property and external services
Website materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Availability, maps, payment, social-media and booking functions supplied by third parties are also governed by those providers’ terms. We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate but correct obvious errors as soon as identified.
Complaints, applicable law and updates
Please send complaints promptly using the website contact details so they can be investigated. Romanian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms apply from the publication date and do not retroactively alter already confirmed bookings.

The website may use a consent-managed Google Analytics integration, Search Console verification, a contact form, Google Maps/Waze links and the configured external booking engine. Privacy, cookie and cancellation information forms an integral part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory Romanian or EU consumer rights.
